Refund Policy

Data products can't be returned once downloaded, so our policy is built around making things right when something is actually wrong.

Wrong or defective file — full refund or replacement

If the file you receive doesn't match the list page (wrong segment, materially fewer records than advertised, unreadable file), email us within 14 days with your order reference. We'll replace the file or refund in full — your choice.

Bought it, never downloaded it

If you haven't downloaded the file, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the order.

Custom orders

Custom lists are quoted, paid, then built. If we can't deliver what was quoted, you get a full refund. If a paid custom order hasn't been delivered within 7 days of payment, we refund it automatically — no need to ask.

What isn't refundable

Downloaded lists that match their description aren't refundable because of campaign results — response rates, deal outcomes, and data staleness inherent to public records are part of the product's nature, disclosed on every page.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Refunded orders have their download links disabled.
