What columns does my list need?
The owner's name and mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP), plus a property address or parcel number so each owner knows which land you mean. County, acreage, value, and your own offer amount are optional. We match the columns automatically and you can fix any match before continuing.
What does the letter say?
A short, plain cash offer from you, with your name, return address, and phone number, subject to a title check and a written purchase agreement. You see a preview of a real letter from your list before you pay.
What happens to my list?
We use it only to mail your letters. We never sell it, share it, or mail it for anyone else.
