Privacy Policy

When you buy a list, we keep an order record: your email address and name (as provided to Stripe at checkout), what you bought, the amount, and delivery bookkeeping (download and re-send counts). Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — they never reach us.

When you join the email update list or submit a custom list request, we keep what you submitted, used only to respond and to send the updates you asked for.

On your first visit we set a small cookie that remembers how you found us for 90 days: the ad you clicked, the site that linked to us, or the page you landed on. If you join our email list or ask for a free sample, we save that with your signup, so we know which ads and partners actually bring people.

When you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google's ad tag counts whether the visit ends in a purchase or a free sample. Google may set its own cookies to do that. We don't sell your information or share it with other advertisers.

Order records are retained for the life of the business as financial records. On request, we anonymize the personal fields of an order (name and email) while keeping the financial skeleton — email us from your order address with the order reference. Every follow-up email has an unsubscribe link that stops them for good; to delete your email-list entry entirely, email us.

The lead lists we sell are derived from public county records — assessment rolls published by government agencies. Land Lead Directorycurates and segments that public data; we do not collect it from the individuals listed. Anyone who wants their information removed can use our privacy opt-out form. Removal takes effect the moment the request is saved: matching owners are filtered out of every list, sample, download, and mailing we produce, including re-downloads of lists bought earlier.

Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Kit (our email list), Google Ads (counting which ads work), Vercel (hosting and file storage), and Neon (database). Each receives only the data needed to do its job.
